- 12 Pirouette French Vanilla cookies (Pepperidge Farms), snapped in half
- 48 marshmallows, rolled between palms to deflate a bit
- White candy coating, melted
- 1/4 cup of prepared cinnamon sugar
Preparation: Cut or poke a hole in two marshmallows.
Insert a marshmallow on either end of a cookie half.
Dip each marshmallow into melted candy coating so it extends onto the cookie (this prevents the marshmallow from sliding off).
Immediately dip ends into cinnamon sugar and sprinkle a little onto the surface of the coating to create “dirt”.
Cool on wax paper. Store at room temperature in a covered container.
