I admit I have lingered in the aisle of the grocery reading the names of the various energy bars taking in their varied ingredients and promises of body fuel, quick energy, metabolism boosts. I’ve been tempted until I saw the price. I quickly put them back on the shelf. I longed to taste one of them until I figured out how easy they are to make at home. Which started a new problem. Not eating the entire batch in a day or two. These nutrient dense bars really are a great pick me up. Perfect when traveling or no time for lunch situations.
