Ingredients

  • 1 small organic pear
  • 1 small organic lemon
  • 1/4 tsp bee pollen (or less depending on personal tolerance)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, optional

Method

Step 1

If the fruit is organic there is no need to peel or seed any of it. However, if it isn't, definitely do so. Cut away any blemished areas.

Step 2

Chunk up the pear and add to the blender container. Quarter the lemon and add along with pollen, coconut water, and ginger if using.

Step 3

Process until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute. It may take longer if your blender is not powerful.

Step 4

Pour into a glass and slowly sip. Do not gulp this revitalizer. When a drink is pure and full of nutrients, it can cause the chest to feel tight if gulped too quickly. Drinking slowly allows the body to process the benefits.
